(Brawley Chamber hosting the First annual WOW event)...Women Of Wonder will be celebrated Wednesday.

It will be International Women's Day. Imperial Valley's First Annual WOW event will be held at the Casa Blanca Venue near Holtville. Imperial Valley residents nominated over 70 women for six awards. During the event awards will be presented for emerging Star, Woman of Wonder in Philanthropy, Woman Owned Business of the year, Influential Woman of Wonder, Woman of Wonder in Agriculture and the Woman of the Year award. Following the awards there will be a dinner and guest speaker. The event is sold out.
