A man was shot in Yuma early Friday morning.

Yuma County Sheriff's deputies responded to the 500 block of South Vaughn Avenue at about 12:12 a.m. Friday after reports of a disturbance. Deputies located a 31-year-old man with apparent gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to Yuma Regional Medical Center for treatment. Yuma County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Bureau is investigating.
