(The first community workshop on Lithium)...It is being held Thursday evening from 6-8 pm.

The workshop is being hosted by the Imperial County Planning and Development Services and the County Department of Public Works. The workshop is being held at the Calipatria High School Auditorium. It is the first community workshop for the Lithium Valley Specific Plan and Programmatic Environmental Impact Report. The purpose is to introduce the project, the project team and the project process. The workshop will also allow community members to help inform the project Baseline Report and Infrasstructure Assessment by identifying existing opportunities and constraints in the area. Spanish translation will be provided.
