(A reminder for residents)...The Tax Collector says the 1st installment of real property taxes is coming due.

The Treasurer/Tax Collector says the 1st installment of real property taxes will become delinquent if they are not paid by 5:00 pm on December 12th. Karen Vogel says the payment must be in her office by 5:00 pm or bear a postmark of December 12, 2022. Be advised, online payments may be made unbtil 11:45 pm December 12th. Delinquent parcels will receive a 10% penalty effective December 13th. Property owners who have paid their taxes through impound accounts but have recently refinanced or paid off their home loans should be aware that they may now be responsible for paying the property tax bills themselves.
