(Food Waste Pails will be given away)....The pails are provided by CR&R Environmental Services.
They are to allow El Centro Residents to compost their kitchen scraps. The pails will be given away December 8 and December 14 from 10 am to 2 pm at the new El Centro Library, 1198 North Imperial Avenue.
