(COVID 19 update)....It was released Thursday morning.

COVID numbers are provided by the County Public Health Department. The latest numbers indicate the active cases of COVID 19 in Imperial County have gone down, but only by a little bit. The current number of active cases is at 200. That is down from the 212 reported Tuesday. The COVID 19 Tier Metrics for Imperial County indicate new cases per day per 100,000 population is now at 9.60, with a poitivity rate of 14.6%. In other COVID news, the Public Health Department in Mexico says there is no longer a mask recquirement in-doors and employers no have to recquire their employees to wear a mask. The new mandate covers the entire country of Mexico.
