The Yuma County Sheriff's Office is investigating three murders reported Thursday afternoon.

According to the YCSO, at about 4:30 Thursday afternoon, deputies responded to the area of County 13th Street and Avenue F after receiving reports of two unresponsive subjects on the side of the road. Deputies determined the two had been shot. The fire department responded and pronounced both victims dead at the scene. 

About 10 minutes later, YCSO responded to the report of a gunshot victim in the 8100 block of South Mojave Lane. The victim was taken to Yuma Regional Medical Center where they died. 

The identity of all three victims has not yet been released. YCSO says that it is unknown at this time whether the cases are related but the investigation into both incidents continues.
