| Glamis - Fatal Accident Sunday Morning |

| The California Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal accident that occurred early Sunday morning. The accident , a single vehicle rollover , occurred at about 7:42 Sunday morning on Highway 78 near Midway Well Road in the northeast portion of Imperial County. There were apparently two people in the vehicle when it rolled over. One victim was lifeflited from the scene for medical attention. Another victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The Highway between Glamis and Blythe was closed for a time so emergency personel could tend the victims and investigate the accident. |
