(Ballots for the June 7 Election).....County Elections began sending out the Vote By Mail Ballots May 9th.

The ballots are being sent to all active, registered voters in Imperial County. All ballots should be received by May 19. Also beginning on Monday, any voter who cannot or prefers not to wait to recxeive their ballots in the mail can pick up a Vote By Mail ballot at the Registrar of Voters office. Voters who do not receive their ballot by May 19 can call the Registrars office and request a second ballot. The ballots can be returned by mail, but must be postmarked by election day, June 7 and received at the Registrar of Voters office by June 14. No Postage is needed. The ballots can be dropped off at anyone of the 8 Drop Boxes throughout the County until 8:00 pm June 7th. The ballots can also be dropped off at any one of the 57 polling places throughout the County. Maps of polling places and drop boxes, as well as other information, go to elections.imperialcounty.org/.
