(This four day weekend will be one to remember).....That is mostly because of the weather.

An Excessive Heat Watch is in effect for the entire 4 day weekend. The National Weather Service now says Temperatures will range between 113 to 117 degrees at least through Tuesday. The overnight lows will range between 80 to 85 degrees. The affected areas will be Southeast California and most of Arizona. The Weather Service says there will be a high risk of heat stress or illness to people and animals. It is recommended you stay hydrated, avoid exposure to the sun from 10 am to 6 pm. If you have access to air conditioning use it. Fans alone may not be enough. Wear light, loose fitting clothes. The excessive heat watch is expected to continue through Tuesday, July Fourth. Temperatures are expected to lower to around 110 degrees on Wednesday.
