Governor appoints Brawley resident to committee

(Brawley resident receives Governors appointment)….51 year old Hugo Rodriguez was appointed to the California Private Security Disciplinary Committee, South.

Governor Brown announced the appointment late last week. Rodriguez, a former Police Commander for the City of Brawley, has worked as the branch manager at Securitas Security Services USA Inc. from 2012 to 2013. Rodriguez worked as a nuclear security officer at the Southern California Edison San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station before joining the Brawley Police Department. In 2000 he was a reserve police officer at the Culver City Police Department. Rodriguez has a master’s degree in public administration. He will receive $100 per diem as a member of the appointed Committee.
