 (The Energy Cost Adjustment is going down, slightly)....The E.C.A., which appears on energy customers monthly bill is a share of the cost to purchase the fuel to create the energy used. The Imperial Irrigation District staff is working on a way to reduce the ECA and not lose money. |

Northern Arizona University President John Haeger has named Krista Rodin as Associate Vice President and Campus Executive Officer at NAU-Yuma. Rodin, who serves as vice provost for University Outreach at the University of Connecticut, assumes her new position the first of January.
