 (The Imperial Irrigation District Board of Directors says they do not want to discuss any more water sales with the M W D)....That was the message sent Tuesday when the District Board adopted a resolution capping the water transfer with the Metropolitan Water District at 105,000 acre feet. |

(The IID may have to pay back some water)...Imperial Irrigation District Water Department Manager Mike King says the District is using about 22,616 acre-feet of water over its allotted limit. King told the Board of Directors Tuesday that everything is being done to convince water users to cutback and conserve as much as possible. |
