82 year old dies from injuries in collision

(Oregon Woman suffers fatal injuries)….Brawley Police say her vehicle collided with a pole Friday morning.

 The woman, 82 year old Clarice Brentely Mayfield was in a Honda westbound on Highway 86 at 9:40 in the morning. As the vehicle entered Brawley, the vehicle veered off the roadway and collided with the pole. The Medford, Oregon resident was transported to Pioneers Memorial Hospital where she died from her injuries. The collision remains under investigation.
