Settlement allows illegal immigrants to re-enter the US

(Six illegal immigrants allowed back into the U.S.)….It was by court order.

The ACLU had filed a class-action lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security. The suit claimed certain illegal immigrants had been coerced to sign repatriation documents and were deported back to Mexico. It was filed on behalf of nine Mexican Nationals and 3 immigrant advocacy organizations. It alleged the immigrants were deprived of their right to be heard by an immigration judge.
