(Supervisors have a relatively short morning agenda)…That is in preparation of an anticipated long afternoon public hearing. In the morning, The Board will discuss the implementation of a Telehealth Program for Imperial County Employees and an agreement to go with it with Stat Health Services, Inc. The Supervisors will consider a School-Based Medi-Cal Administrative Activities Agreement and authorize the Director of Public Health to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with participating local school districts. The Board will also consider a consulting contract with Joseph Beard, who recently retired as Assistant District Attorney. The afternoon Public Hearing begins at 1:30 pm. Under the provisions of the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982, the hearing will consider a plan for the Industrial Development Authority of the County of La Paz, Arizona, to issue Revenue Bonds in an amount not to exceed $120 million for the benefit of the Imperial Valley Gateway Center to construct the Imperial Regional Detention Center. The Supervisors convene Tuesday morning at 8:30 in the Administration Center on Main Street in El Centro.
