The CDC panel said their recommendations should be laid out in two phases Phase 1B should include Americans 75 years of age and older and frontline workers. After that Phase 1C should cover Americans 65-74 years of age, people 16-64 with high risk medical conditions and other essential workers. The Pfizer Vaccine was received December 14.
