($40,000 pledged to Reps for Vets)....The County Board of Supervisors recently pledged the funds.

The funds would go to the local organization, Reps 4 Vets, in their mission to support military veterans with PTSD, through exercise, community and ministry. The organizationb is a combat-veteran operated charitable organization founded by Brendon Brown in Februrary 2020. Brown is a medically retired combat veteran, crisis intervention chaplain, and fitness trainer. He founded the organization after his own personnel struggles with PTSD, substance abuse and suicide. Through the Reps 4 Vets program and Brown's mission to help others like himself, veteran's with PTSD are provided fitness training, nutrition planning, mental conditioning, and group sessions over a 12 week period.
