A white Ford van was stolen early Thursday morning.

The theft was reported to El Centro police at about 4:30 a.m. According to the report, the van was at the Dialysis Center at 5th and Main Streets in downtown El Centro. The driver had just dropped off patients and left the motor running. When he came out of the building, he saw the van driving away. The van was southbound on 5th Street and then seen in the area of 4th and Wake in El Centro, still heading south. The van is described as a white Ford EC150 with Valley Medical Transport insignia on the sides.
