State Senator Ben Hueso is requesting nominations. The annual Woman of the Year celebration is in March as part of the Women's History Month. The Senator says they will be honoring women of all ages, backgrounds and interests, who are passionate about and committed to empowering, advocating and improving their communities. nominees should reside in or have significantly contributed to the 40th Senate District.
