(Courts begin to reopen)...The Courts have been operating on a limited schedule.

Since the COVID 19 pandemic there has been restricted access to the Superior Court system. Most hearings have been held remotely. In a press release, court officials say they are phasing in more court access. The first jury trials since March 23rd began September 24th. They will begin phasing in more of the court activities, eventually returning to normal court procedures. Phase one starts October 5, when the civil calendars, probate calendar, and long cause family law matters will be heard in person. Phase 2 is planned for October 13 with more expansions in the court restoration plan.
