(Over 10 pounds of meth seized)...It happened Tuesday afternoon.

A Silver Mercury Mariner drove up to the Highway 111 Border Patrol Checkpoint. A Border Patrol Canine Team alerted to the vehicle and it was sent to the scondary inspection area. During the inspection, agents found two packages in the back seat, concealed inside a projector and power supply box. The packages tested positive for Methamphetamine, weighing 10.6 pounds, with an estimated value of $23,850. The driver of the vehicle, a 30 year old male US citizen, the vehicle and the meth were all turned over to Homeland Security Investigations.
