Calexico Police recovered a stolen truck and a motorcycle Saturday afternoon.

Calexico police officers responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 900 bock of Nosotros Street. The report said three individuals were seen with a Dodge truck with Texas license plates unloading a motorcycle from the truck bed. Responding officers learned that the suspects had gone into a studio at a nearby residence. Calexico officers established a perimeter around the area and requested assistance from the U.S. Border Patrol and Imperial County Sheriff's Office. Police made multiple announcements by a public address system urging the occupants of the studio to come out. Three men and three women came out and were detained. A search of the residence located an additional three men in the apartment.

It was determined that the pick up truck was stolen and the driver, Detron Lee Williams of Campo, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. There were also two no bail warrants out of San Diego County for Williams charging Violation of Probation. Sofia Chyann Mercado of Campo was also arrested for two no bail warrants out of San Diego County charging Violation of Probation. Another woman, Lillian Navarro, was arrested for Possession of Cocaine.

The pick up truck and the motorcycle were recovered and have been reclaimed by the owners.
