(Fulbright Comexus hosting a binational jazz concert)...It will be held Friday in Rodney Auditorium on the Imperial Valley Campus of San Diego State University in Calexico.

It begins at 6 pm Friday. The concert marks the end of bicentennial celebrations designed to honor the diplomatic relationship between Mexico and the United States. Seven outstanding musicians from the United States and Mexico will form the group playing the music. The event will be inaugurated by Guillermina Nunez Mchiri, Dean of San Diego State University/ Imperial Valley, The executive Director of Comexus, Hazel Blackmore and the Mexican Consul to Calexico Tarcisio Navarrete Montes De Oca.
