(Calexico's Christmas Parade is Saturday)...It is the first time in 4 years that the City of Calexico hosts a Christmas Parade.

The parade starts at 10 Saturday morning. The route is thru Historic Downtown Calexico. The Grand Marshall will be John Moreno, a Calexico educator for years, former Calexico City Council member and former Mayor for the City of Calexico, as well as the longtime voice of Bulldog Football. The parade ends at Rockwood Plaza with the competition and award ceremony. That will be followed by a Christmas Festival at Rockwood Plaza.
