(Strong, Gusty winds still in the mountains).....California Highway Patrol says a travelers advisory is in effect on the Mountain Grade.

The advisory pertains to all vehicles, but mostly for high profile vehicles, such as big rigs, RV's and buses. The roadways are open, but motorists are asked to use caution and drive accordingly.
