The National Weather Service (NWS) says that our dry weather and well-above normal temperatures will continue through Saturday.

An unseasonably strong ridge of high pressure dominates the Southwest and pushing Imperial Valley temperatures to 10 degrees above normal for this time of year. A noticeable cooling trend will begin Sunday as a Pacific low-pressure system passes through the region bringing near to below normal temperatures to the Valley. Highs on Friday and Saturday will top 100 but on Sunday things begin to cool off with a high forecast of about 94. Monday's high is expected to drop to near 80. Overnight lows will be in the low 60's.
