A local restaurant reported that someone took all the decorations from a restroom at the establishment.

El Centro Police responded to the incident at about 10:22 p.m. Wednesday. An employee of the restaurant told officers that a man and a woman had taken the articles and that the manager was following the pair. The suspects were located in the area of 4th and State. A 44-year-old woman was identified as the thief. The woman was released after being cited for Petty Theft.
