(Teen apparently panics when saw the police)....Mexicali authorities said Tuesday officer had to chase down the suspect.

They say the 18 year old apparently panicked when he saw officers. He reportedly tossed a baggie and then began running away. He was caught a short distance away. Officers say the large baggie contained 27 smaller baggies, each containing marihuana. Possession of marijuana is illegal in Mexico
