(2023 Brisket Cook-off Fundraiser)....It will be the 4th Annual cook-off.

It was interrupted by the pandemic. It returns this Saturday. It is sponsored by One World Beef, The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Brawley and the Brawley Cattle Call Queen Royalty Association. The event will be held on Main Street anfd Plaza Park in Brawley from 12 noon until 4 pm. There will be a beer garden, vendors, petting zoo, line dancing and more. From noon to 3 pm Plate tickets will be available. The plate includes Brisket, coleslaw, beans and a roll.
