It is the Imperial Valley Invitational 2023 Bisket Cook_off fundraiser. It will be held January 21st, from 12 pm to 4 pm on Main Street and Plaza Park in Brawley. There will be a Beer Garden, Vendors, Petting Zoon, Line Dancing, and plates will be available for $13 a ticket, The plates feature Brisket, coleslaw, beans and a roll. The tickets will be available from 12 pm to 3 pm. Sponsors include One World Beef and the Chamber of Commerce for the Greater Brawley
