(The state has a new spending plan)…The Governor Signed the 2019-20 Budget late last week.

Governor Gavin Newsome says the Budget  is balanced and creates the biggest reserve in state history, pays off the wall of debt, and helps Californians tackle the cost crisis. The $214.8 billion budget has a $147.8 billion General Fund. So far, there has not been any local comment on the new spending plan.
