(Border Patrol arrests brothers)…The two were suspected of entering the US illegally.

Border Patrol agents said the two looked suspicious and were detained. It was determined the two had entered the country illegally, and also that the two had a criminal history in the United States. The two were identified as Jesus Alvarez Rabadan and Juan Carlos Alvarez. Both are Mexican Nationals. A records search indicated Juan Carlos had served 21 months for possession of a firearm during a drug crime, and he had served 60 months for use of a firearm during a dru8g crime. Jesus turned out to be an aggravated felon and convicted rapist who had been sentenced to 60 months to life for the rape of a child. All the crimes occurred in Yakima, Washington. Both were arrested. They are charged with violation of federal law.
