(Violent sexual predator may be going back to jail)..49-year-old David Mark Chambless had been placed in a house near Jacumba.

He was arrested this week for allegedly violating the terms of his release. He is not accused of committing any new sex crimes. The District Attorney’s Office in San Diego says Chambless made incidental verbal contact with a 17-year-old female, possessed sexually stimulating material, failed a polygraph test and had pepper spray in his possession. All violate the terms of his release. Liberty Healthcare is expected to file a report detailing all of Chambless’s violations. Liberty supervises all sexually violent predators released into communities throughout the state. Chambliss was originally convicted in 1990 for molesting two female children ages 7 and 9. He was sentenced to 16 years in prison. After the prison term, he was sent to Atascadero State Hospital in San Luis Obispo and then to Coalinga State Hospital in Fresno
