(Brawley woman held against her will)….The woman was heard screaming at around Midnight Sunday Morning.

Police Commander Brett Houser said officers tracked the screams to an apartment complex in the 200 block of North Best Road. Police found the apartment, but had to force their way in. Houser says the door was barricaded by furniture. Once inside, the officers arrested 31 year-old Ezequiel Galarza. He was charged with felony domestic violence, false imprisonment and resisting/obstructing a police officer. Houser says officers were also called to a residence in the 400 Block of “C” Street. That call came in at 12:15 Sunday morning. The caller said an unknown male was in their bedroom. When officers arrived, they found the suspect. He turned out to be a juvenile, and his identity could not be released. He was arrested for trespassing. Houser says the teen did not give a reason for his actions.
