(21 year old caught vandalizing a restroom)….Brawley police were on foot patrol at Cattle Call Park Sunday night. Commander Brett Houser says at 10:15 they found the suspect vandalizing the restroom facility. When the officers tried to arrest the man, he resisted. Houser says the officers were finally able to subdue the man. They arrested Christian Zavala. He was booked into County Jail, charged with vandalism and resisting and obstructing a police officer in the performance of his duties.
