(Mexicali joining the fight against Graffiti)….The City is planning a special day in November. Their program is called “Mexicali Without Graffiti”. The special organizational day is November 14. Elva Gricelda Rodriguez is organizing the event. Rodriguez says her biggest obstacle is convincing residents the fight against graffiti is not just one day a year. In the Valley, the Holtville City Council is expected to put the final touches on their Graffiti Abatement program. That program is being called “You Spray…You Pay”. Graffiti Abatement Programs are already in force in Brawley, Calexico and El Centro.
