The KXO Radio website San Diego Chargers - Oakland Raiders Ticket contest winners. KXO Website Contest winner Viola Celis of El Centro recieves a pair of tickets to the San Diego Chargers Oakland Raiders game on Sunday November 26, 2006. Viola took part in the special contest registration that saw registrants from 17 communities and 2 countries. Viola registered on the second day of the contest. KXORadio.com received registrations from as far away as Salt Lake City, Utah.
