New England (13-4), the only team to win a playoff game in each of the last four seasons, will play at top-seeded San Diego (14-2) next Sunday. The Patriots are going for their fourth Super Bowl title in six seasons. New England beat the New York Jets (10-7) by the score of 37-16 at home to earn the opportunity to play the Chargers in San Diego. Game time is anticipated to be 1:00PM PST.
