Jacksonville, Florida - The San Diego Chargers (5-5) had their record evened by the Jacksonville Jaguars (7-3) in another road loss 24-17.
 
The Chargers offense was lead by Quarterback Phillip Rivers 22-40 - 309 yards – 1 TD and 2 Interceptions, LaDainian Tomlinson 16 carries 62 yards 1 TD, and Antonio Gates 4 receptions for 54 yards and a TD.
