The Calexico 2020 State of the City Address will take place Thursday , April 30.
Because of the restrictions in place with the COVID-19 pandemic it will be a video presentation. Mayor Bill Hodge will present " On Steady Course " on the Calexico city Facebook page at 11:00 a.m. and it will be available later on the city's website.
