2.       A: Cleveland Browns - Patience Paid Off

3.       A: Carolina Panthers - Great Values

4.       A-: Buffalo Bills - Met team needs with solid value

5.       B+: Arizona Cardinals - Made the move when opportunity was available

6.       B+: Atlanta Falcons - Well done

7.       B+ San Francisco 49’ers - Addressed team needs with great values

8.       B: San Diego Chargers - Rebounded from 1^st Round Question Mark

9.       B-: Baltimore Ravens - Addressed needs with value

10.   B-: Green Bay Packers - Addressed most needs with good value

11.   B-: Tennessee Titans  - Good Values

12.   C+: Minnesota Vikings - Reasonably Successful

13.   C+: Indianapolis Colts - As well as could be expected

14.   C+: Chicago Bears - Nothing to brag about

15.   C: Detroit Lions - Time will tell

16.   C: New York Giants - Nothing special

17.   C: New England Patriots - Time and Moss will tell
