 El SEGUNDO – The Los Angeles Lakers have released the regular season schedule for the 2006-07 season, it was announced today.

The Lakers will tip-off the regular season with a home game at STAPLES Center on Halloween night (October 31) against the Phoenix Suns, in a rematch of last year’s thrilling first round playoff series. Other highlights of the 2006-07 home schedule include the Lakers playing host to: Tim Duncan and the San Antonio Spurs December 10 and January 28, Allen Iverson and the Philadelphia 76ers on New Year’s Eve, Dirk Nowitzki and the Western Conference Champion Dallas Mavericks January 7 and March 11, the NBA Champion Miami Heat January 15, LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers February 15, and the Phoenix Suns April 8.
