Woman finds dead man in her backyard

(Brawley woman makes a grizzly discovery)…The woman went into her backyard Tuesday afternoon and found a dead man. Deputy Coroner Erik Frazier said his office was called to the 600 block of 13^th Street at 4:30 Tuesday afternoon. He said there was a man sitting in the backyard, and he had expired. Frazier said the female resident said she had no idea who the man was. She said transient frequently trespass in her yard, and that it does not bother her. The Deputy Coroner said there was no evidence to indicate the man was a transient. He described the man as Hispanic, in his mid 40’s. There was no identification. Frazier said the cause of death is unknown, and there were no signs of foul play. An autopsy is pending to try and determine who the man is and how he died.
