(Two suspects caught in El Centro with cutting evidence on their person)….El Centro Police responded to a burglary alarm early Wednesday morning.

Sergeant Jeff Mason says the alarm went off at just after mid-night at Vasqo Technologies, at 419 South 4th Street. When officers arrived, they found the glass in the front door had been broken out. The officers noticed the broken glass and blood on the ground. Officer Pete Peraza began a search for possible suspects. In the area of Third and Holt, the Officer spotted two men. He detained 27-year-old Rodney Mc Dade Jr. And 29 year old Johnny Graham, both El Centro residents. Mason says both men had pieces of broken glass on their clothing and in their hair. He says Mc Dade also had a bloody cut on his arm. Peraza further investigated the area and found two lap top computers in the backyard of a nearby residence. The owner of Vasqo Technologies identified the laptops as being stolen from the business. Both men were arrested as suspects in the burglary. Graham was charged with possession of stolen property and criminal conspiracy. Mc Dade was charged with burglary, possession of stolen property and criminal conspiracy. Mason says Vasqo Technologies had also been broken into on May 14. A surveillance camera in the business shows the suspect in that burglary, believed to be Mc Dade, stealing two lap top computers. Mason says the investigation into the May 14 burglary is continuing in an effort to gather enough evidence to charge Mc Dade with that crime, as well. Those stolen computers have never been recovered.
