| Truck load of illegal migrants found near Campo |

(Border Patrol Agents find a truckload of people)….The Agents spotted a suspicious Semi over the weekend on Interstate 8. The truck was traveling eastbound on the Interstate. Near the Kitchen Road exit, the Agents pulled the rig over. They found the driver of the semi was in the United States illegally. The Border Patrol service dog hit on the trailer of the rig. A search inside, Agents found 61 people hiding behind cardboard. None of those discovered in the trailer possessed legal documents. All 61 were detained for deportation. The 29-year-old driver, a Mexican national, was arrested and charged with alien smuggling. The tractor-trailer rig was seized. |
