No Imperial Valley Starbucks stores will be closed. The coffee giant recently announced that they would be closing 600 stores nation-wide. Today, they released the list of the stores that would be closing and no Imperial Valley stores are on the list. San Diego will lose 10 stores , Chula Vista will see two stores closed while Rancho Mirage and Cathedral City in the Coachella Valley will each lose a Starbucks. Starbucks says the closures are necesary because of falling profits caused in part by too many stores too close to other Starbucks. The complete list of closing stores is available on the Starbucks website. |
