Imperial Irrigation District General Manager Brian Brady has announced a reorganization of the Districts Finance Department. In a memo to all IID employees Brady announced that the Finance Department has been reorganized and Chief Financial Officer Robert Vodzack has been placed on administrative leave. Brady said that Controller Maria Caldera continues to be in charge of the day-to-day department functions and will be assisted by Michael Campbell who recentlly served as interim General Manager of the District. According to the memo , Jennifer Goodsell has assumed primary responsiblity for staff coordination of the Districts planned electrical system bonding financing. Brady also said that beginning this week , Michael Bell , a longtime consultant to the IID, will take on the role of managing the Finance Department. Bell will report to Brady. He will be assisted by Greg Broeking , a Certified Public Accountant and financial service consultant with R.W. Beck in San Diego, California No reason was given for the reorganization
