Seven detained, one tries to escape

(Border Patrol Agents arrest 7 Saturday night)…..Border Patrol officials say six of those arrested went quietly. The seventh made it very difficult. Agents reportedly discovered the seven near the All American Canal at just after 11:00 Saturday night. The agents suspected they had entered the United States illegally, and began placing them under arrest. One of the individuals decided he was not going to go quietly, and he jumped into the canal. The agents were able to pull the man from the water. He was processed along with the other six and returned to Mexico.
