Rudy Seanez Signs With Phillies

Veteran Major League reliever Rudy Seanez, 39 , has signed with the Philadelphia Phillies. The Brawley native ,who was released by the Los Angeles Dodgers last week, signed with the National League East contenders and is expected to report for the Phillies game Wednesday. Seanez was 6 - 3 with a 3.79 era with the Dodgers last year while appearing in a career high 73 games. Terms of the contract were not released.
